Commerce Bank invited Steve Powell, President of Delta Systems, to speak at the Columbia, MO stop of the Commerce Bank Small Business Roadshow.

Powell lead a discussion of how Delta tries to decrease expenses, increase communication, foster community and keep employees happy through traditional, non?traditional and technological methods. He highlighted many practices that Delta uses internally. Powell also discussed the history of Delta Systems and some featured clients. Several questions from the crowd were also answered.
The crowd of almost 30 attendees was comprised of Commerce employees from around Columbia, MO.
